BaitPlanner is a business operations tool for bait makers: production planning, recipes, inventory, supplies, wholesale, and labels. BaitPlanner is operated by BaitPlanner, a sole proprietorship based in Idaho ("we," "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
New accounts start with a free 7-day trial — no payment method required. After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription at the price shown when you subscribe (currently $9.99/month launch pricing).
Everything you put into BaitPlanner — recipes, costs, customers, photos — is yours. We claim no ownership. Cancel and your data is retained for a grace period in case you return, or deleted immediately on request.
Don't attempt to access other users' data, resell access to the service, or use it for anything unlawful. One account is for one business; a login may be shared among that business's own team members.
You're responsible for images and content you upload (swatches, reference photos, labels), including having the right to use them. Uploads are private to your account and never published by us. If a rights holder notifies us of infringing content, we may remove it and will notify you.
Wholesale features let you email invoices to your own customers. You're the sender of those messages and responsible for having a business relationship with the recipient and for complying with applicable email laws.
We work hard to keep BaitPlanner fast and accurate, but it's provided "as is." Production suggestions, cost calculations, and inventory numbers are planning aids — double-check anything business-critical. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Idaho, and both sides consent to that venue.
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continuing to use BaitPlanner after a change means you accept it.
